ISO 14001
This standard (full name: ISO EN 14001:2015) from the International Organization for Standardization is a globally recognized and certifiable environmental management system. The central elements are the definition of environmental objectives and measures, their implementation and monitoring, and the continuous improvement of environmental performance.
At uvex
uvex is certified to ISO 14001 at many of it’s production sites and offices. By applying this standard, uvex systematically fulfills its environmental responsibility. For us, this means that we are continuously working on improvements of environmental management and have our ambitious targets and measures recertified every year by TÜV Süd as part of the ISO 14001 audit.
