Fuerth - A name that says it all: uvex suXXeed represents the success of the German PPE manufacturing company’s textile range in recent years. This well-established family of workwear products now includes two additional lines: the uvex suXXeed craft collection and the uvex suXXeed industry collection.

The uvex safety group has just developed not one but two new workwear collections with the distinct advantage that they are designed to be combined, among other standout features. “Mix and match” is not only the motto of the uvex suXXeed craft and industry collections, but also applies to earlier uvex suXXeed lines. Depending on your preferences and requirements, you can combine trousers and tops any way you like: they will always match.

Nevertheless, the two new collections have their own distinctive looks. The uvex suXXeed industry collection, for example, is perfectly adapted to the requirements of industrial work, while also offering style and excellent comfort. Innovative stretch fabrics and a 3D cut ensure that every piece offers complete freedom of movement, a close-fitting silhouette and slim legs for a sporty and modern look. All easily worn areas are reinforced with extremely robust Cordura®.

The large selection of trousers, dungarees, Bermuda shorts, T-shirts, polo shirts and jackets is available in five colours and all items are suitable for industrial washing. The branding is deliberately kept to a minimum to ensure that there is room for company logos and that the clothing can be individually finished.

The uvex suXXeed craft collection, on the other hand, provides reliable weather protection for unbridled performance in everyday work outdoors. This is the ideal workwear for those working in traditional craft trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and horticulture and landscaping as well as for industrial workers including service technicians, mechatronics engineers and production workers. The fleece jackets are designed to keep the wearer comfortably warm even in low temperatures, while the weatherproof and softshell jackets have a water column of 8,000 mm and high breathability, making working conditions dry and comfortable with no build-up of moisture.

The trousers, Bermuda shorts, fleeces, weatherproof jackets and softshell jackets don’t just protect against wind and rain: their sustainability credentials are also excellent. The 4-way stretch fabric is made from 90% recycled polyester, while the women’s fleece jacket is made from 100% recycled Sherpa fleece. In this collection, too, all new items are suitable for industrial washing.

The uvex safety group will present both collections at their stand at the A+A trade fair 2023 in Duesseldorf, along with several other new products.
